Nothing will ever match my spawn in MW2. It was on Wasteland, the other team was dug into the Bunker in the middle, my team was assaulting it. I tried to sneak round the back and discovered the hard way that they'd covered their backs with a Sentry Gun. I spawned back in on the precise spot where I died and got mowed down again. A huge-ass, open map like that, with all the enemy team concentrated in one place, and the game decided the best place to spawn me back in was [i]right in front of the Sentry Gun that had literally just killed me.[/i] Thats so bad I was laughing at the time it happened, and it still makes me chuckle all these years later.
