Good morning all While trying to enable cross save last night, I ran into trouble having a very old PSN account linked to my Bungie account. In the cross save screen, it wants me to authenticate the Sony account, despite never playing Destiny on it. Without authenticating the Sony account, I cannot continue. I went through Sony support chat and eventually regained control on the Sony account, but now when I try to authenticate it, I get the following error... "Authentication Error Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account.Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account. The error code: ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential" Typed out just like that. I have no idea where to go from here. I'm thinking someone from the web team will have to help me but I'm all ears to any suggestions anyone may have. Thanks!
