Mayhem is back, and so is the endless spam of Blade Barrage. Even Nova Bomb isn't this spammy. Doesn't matter if I'm behind, above, or a mile away from the impact zone, the same person pops that ability every two seconds. No aim, no distance, just an I Win button.

seeing as you said "even my hunter" im assuming you dont use it often and havent had much experience with it. from that, i think you should quit complaining about one super that's already been substantially nerfed, seeing as your outfit for mayhem will either be to slam everything that moves, toss hammers with huge aoe, use a sword that's projectiles are merciless and gives you an unfair defense stat, or literally cram black holes in people's faces. if you were running mid-tree sentinel you'd have no problem with them at all, and if you're a stormcaller, well, at least you have some dignity.

Even a non enhanced recharge of a super is only a few seconds. Because people cried about this in the first place they nerfed Shards, they nerfed the tracking, and they nerfed the way damage is applied. Pipe down already. It's Mayhem. It's the very definition of the power of "space magic" They nerfed Ahamkhara's Skull and I can still get my Nova back in about 3 seconds with one kill. I can duck around a corner, spin around, and it's ready to launch again. Multi-kill? I'm ready to lauch another one by the time I land on the ground from the first one. As a titan I can throw infinite grenades and have an infinite melee on 2 arc sub-classes and then still fly across the map for a kill or 2. Wanna be the wet blanket?? Leave tethers strewn about the map. Put on an Armamentarium and throw infinite suppressors. HINT - SUPER MODS - 5 of 'em. I have gear just for Mayhem. Other than the necessary exotic for a given subclass, it's all Y1 gear - This isn't really rocket science.

All I can say is get good. People are gonna use what they wanna use in mayhem.

So basically you are just complaining that people are using their supers against you in mayhem. If your looking for “skill” it’s as easy as not playing mayhem.

It's worthless half the time. Try it next Mayhem week and you'll see that it doesn't track well and you're lucky to get a double play. 94 mayhem games last week and it took me all of them to get my double kills for Redrix and I might have a handful of Triple plays. More often than you think it just misses everything. Meanwhile Sunbreaker is still the best pvp super and Nova bomb is very effective.

Part of the issue is super armor. 1. It seems like we gets bit too much super armor during supers 2. Most often times it activates even before the super is cast, leaving very little time to counter a panic super unless you use your own panic super

You can't balance a whole super around 1 game mode, we will all end up shooting potatoes at this rate.

The only thing that bothers me about it is that unless I have Blink on, the Warlock jump is too slow to dodge it...so you literally have no counter play available... you just die

Nova bomb was just as bad. There is no counter except run & hide behind a wall. Was very disappointed to learn chaos reach doesn't shattered the giant purple death lazily advancing my direction... over & over & over 😞
