Thanks for responding! Confirmed, that is the issue. To further clarify: The only weekly Prime bounty that is available to me is to upgrade to the purple synthesizer, but I still only have a green synthesizer in my inventory because I never received a blue synthesizer after completing and cashing in the middling synth bounty. To answer your question: Yesterday I created a mote, banked it, and successfully completed Tier 2 of the Reckoning 4 times and made no progress on that portion of the bounty. In case this is some helpful context, I've tried deleting and reacquiring the synth many times, but it still only allows me to acquire the green synth. Thanks again for the help!

Have you tried running tier1 to see if that progresses the bounty? I believe (at least it is for me) that the bounty will show a purple upgrade as a default...even if going from green to blue synthesizer.

I was also hoping this could be a solution, but it didn't work for me either. I successfully completed 2 tier 1s but neither progressed the bounty. Really appreciate the suggestion though.

And you inserted a green mote into the machine (using generic terms because I cannot think of their exact names right off....but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about) & successfully completed the tier1 run, correct?

Ok. Thanks for clarification. I didn’t see where you had mentioned trying a tier1 with green mote inserted...so just wanted to see if you had (will help Bungie as part of their investigation/report). I am going to test mine out tonight (mine shows purple upgrade on bounty and I only have weak synthesizer in inventory) to see if mine will progress...but I also know mine will upgrade to blue/mid once upgraded (if not bugged). I’ll report back later.

Yes, I tried that yesterday, and the bounty still does not advance. The weak motes won't progress the purple synth bounty.

I seem to be completely stuck unless I can somehow get the blue synth in my inventory. But I'm not sure how to do that if I no longer have the middling synth bounty available. Could someone add it to my account?

Update: I decided to try again tonight from scratch, so I deleted the synth, deleted the bounty, logged out, then logged back in and reacquired everything, and now Tier 1 Reckoning wins are counting toward the bounty. Still no idea why I never received the blue synth after completing this bounty the first time, but I'm relieved that this issue now seems to be resolved. Thanks again for the assistance. Hope no one else runs into this when cashing in the upgrade bounty!
