Nova Warp cannot one shot most supers and it sure as hell can't one shot a Code of the Missile titan mid super if the titan has full health. Yes is annoying to fight against but there are options to shut it down like Legend of Acrius, Tractor Cannon or Wardcliff Coil. All of those heavies will shut down a Nova Warp quite easily. If you don't have heavy you can counter super with Titan Hammers, Golden Gun, Blade Barrage or Chaos Reach are all very effective at shutting it down. If you don't have heavy and don't have super, you do what you do for literally every other super.........run and kite them till they run out. It's a super, it's supposed to be strong doubly so if no one on your team has heavy or a counter super.
