Created a second character with the same class (Hunter) and finished the story within a day to start moving my stuff from my previous character to this one. This is when I realised I didn't do the quest to unlock the patrols from Cayde in the farm, went to the traveler and he is not there, searched for information that answer this and couldn't find anything and the other solutions didn't work. I have the base game only for the PS4. Leveled up once over 20, went to the location where you start the quest, tried to find Cayde in the farm again, did all the milestones I have and nothing. I just want to use another character, but I can't without having the patrols unlocked, since there are bounties that require patrols. Sent a tweet to bungie help and no response and can't seem to find any contact information to send a question to bungie themselves about this issue. Would appreciate some help regarding this.
