As for the ddosers nothing you can do but report them and pray you don't encounter them again. As for getting the Competitive Suspension in the first place. It's a glitch. Bungie knows about it. Won't be fixed anytime soon. So either hope your internet is strong enough to support their sh!t MM or don't play competitive playlist till they fix it.
