So it's been going on since week one. It used to be rare, but someone would have a yellow glow and hard as hell to kill. Now (especially today) they're everywhere! It looks similar to the buff you get from the Rat King, except these people have a constant buff and do not have RK equipped. I had a 1.73 kd for crucible, now after 5 matches i might be down to 1.6. (they were everywhere in every match) what the hell is this buff and why are they so damn hard to kill?
