Damage fall-off keeps weapons in check. Bloom is a thorn in everyone's side. It's a nuisance to some and loathed by others but there's nothing positive about. Don't advertise a rate of fire and then punish someone for using it.

Mida multi tool has better accuracy hip fired that a hand cannon ads in hand cannon range. If bloom is to remain in the game it needs to be on the rest of the weapons as well. I want to see half of auto rifle clips to vanish. I want to see scout shots and pulse bursts miss. It's only fair.
