Powerful gear power level scaling issue?
To the best of my knowledge powerful gear engrams are suposed to scale slightly higher than your current power level. I've completed two today and when previewing the rewards they were slightly higher as expected. However, when accepting the rewards they were sitting at 265 which is 7 power below my level and 10 below what the preview showed. Any ideas why this happened?
