What do you mean "only 2 viable subclasses"?
Were only getting 2 sub classes per class, just like the beginning of Destiny 1.

Are you dense. I'm not being rude. I'm just. That's a very dense thing to say. We are getting three subclasses. All the trusted leaks have stated that there'll be 3 subclasses. And the way the blocks are set up in the player menu, it insinuates that there will be 3 subclasses.

由Show me potato salad編輯: 6/5/2017 8:46:00 AMThere was a 3rd block in Destiny 1 as well. We only got 2 sub classes on launch for D1 but there was a 3rd block set aside for TTK. The only time Bungie has ever said the word "3 sub classes" is when they were talking about the 3 new subclasses we are getting for the different classes: Sentintel, Dawnblade, Arcstrider. It's Bungie.. How can you have any faith that they're going to over deliver or even meet expectations on content?

The positioning of the empty blocks indicates that it is 3. The third block for D1 was positioned differently. It was 3 side by side. So of course in D2 if they changed the positioning of the empty blocks and decide not to make it 3 sub classes starting, then idk what to to tell you, they changed the design for no reason at all. And don't say it's because they plan on adding the third later, because in D1 the third wasnt even originally supposed to be in the game.

Here's what I'd say. Yes, we have leaks and we have the class screen that looks like we'll have a choice between three. But you're right, neither of those are a guarantee. Especially considering that Bungie originally intended the three subclass slots to be three permanent choices we made and switched between, so you could only have three subclass variations. They didn't actually intend to make the third subclasses for every character at the beginning. The main thing though is that you are arguing about launch. I have not read or heard of any leaks that say that Nightstalker, Sunbreaker, and Stormcaller will be available at launch, they all just say that they will be returning. And personally, I think Bungie is likely going to give them to us in one of the expansions, or something like that. Or they'll hide them in the game until a later date when someone finds them in a questline. However, all signs do point to Bungie giving them back to us at some point. And Bungie has gotten its act together on a lot of this stuff in the past. If they tease something, it's now usually guaranteed, even if it comes late.
