Shrine of oryx, got one on my 5th try, go to the point where the ogre spawns near the end, kill it and if it doesn't drop then wipe and try again. Doesn't matter what level mission you do, i did the lvl 9 one so it would be faster, and its even faster if you run straight to it and ignore ads

Just done that :p got it on my second try. Plus it was a thrall one straight away
