How to favor Primaries without ruining Specials
It’s easy, IMO:
-Give us less special ammo on spawn (1 full magazine)
-On death, take away most of the ammo we had, but let us keep some (half a magazine would do it, and only if before dying we had those bullets or more)
Why would this improve the crucible?
-Because we would still be forced to use our primaries more
-Each special bullet counts, so we would use it more carefully
-We would enjoy a real variety in weapons, without the abuse of NLB, Icebreaker, and sidearms
-Using a non-sidearm special wouldn’t be a chore anymore. I’m so tired of going to the box on EVERY - SINGLE - RESPAWN that I just surrendered and started using a Wormwood.
Yes, Primaries and Specials can coexist and I think this is the way to go. Bump if you agree.

How about everyone uses the same rubber band and paper clip. Your heavy weapon can be a super soaker, but You only get to fill it once. Ahhhh, who am I kidding....that would get nerfed instantly!!

Only agree of they rope in shotgun range on matador archtype and reinstate the movement penalty on shotguns

I assume you mean remove special boxes with this? Then no because I wouldn't be able to swap mid match

Let people keep what was in the clip on death. Reserves drop on the ground so they have a chance to run back and pick it up. Could add a new aspect to the game... Get back to your spot of death and your opponent is still nearby for you to get a payback medal, pick up your reserve ammo, and get back in the game again.

The simplest solution is to just buff primaries back up to the 0.6 sec TTK the game had in Year One (Sidearm kill time)....and retune the game from there. Anything else is a Band-Aid on a cancer.

I get the feeling is either all or none as it would have effect on pve game play by doing half's on death.

由UFSman編輯: 2/28/2017 10:47:21 AMI agree we would be able to stop roaming supers again this is what we need and maybe a nerf to strom caller armour while in stromtance. But I would say spawn with 6 never go below 2 when you die just unless you already only have 2 left when you die.
