I don't actually understand why people think Tone's so overpowered, or even annoying for that matter. Even though I play as Ronin a lot, I feel as if he's more of an annoyance than Tone. Tone, to me, is a more difficult Titan to play. You need to be accurate in order for one of his abilities and even his Core to be effective. Sure, the Sonar Lock is a compensation for one or even two hits with his weapon, but you still need to be accurate in general to get the abilities to work. I may have an outdated experience, seeing as I played Tone probably two months ago or so.
