By Authoritarian I mean wanting government intervention in people's social lives. These could be anything from gun control to making gay marriage illegal. Amongst other policies the third party represents, one of them is a stringent Bible based social ethic. This includes banning of pornography and recreational drugs, as well as a more biblical view of marriage and premarital sex. All of which are regulated by Government.

I wasn't aware the Constitution Party had strong social stances. I thought they were just strict constructionists
