  • Ok seriously---- why do people think Crossfit ruins your body???? CrossFit as a regimen is if anything, the MOST strict on form. I'm mean seriously! Those who think it's a horrible, body breaking sport have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, and are very narrow sighted.
