To be honest I dont like concept of hunting for food unless someone is really poor enough to be not able to afford buying it. As for eating processed carcasses of creatures bred in captivity for purposes of being fattening and slaughtered later - I have no issues with that. Yea I mean maybe someone in a farm somewhere whispered into a piggy's ear 'you're gonna die tomorrow, bish' or they raised it with respect. Either way is fine since I'm assuming sentience in animals is lower than that of us humans. Hunting I dont like because of matter of principle. supposing I was at home chilled out and gaming..and drunk and some powerful alien creature busted in and dragged my ass off for slaughter. .i wouldn't like that. If i was in a jail from birth and raised to be slaughtered that would be cool. Say some powerful aliens/another species overpower humanity and then breed humans in captivity for purposes of food source - I'd be perfectly fine with it. Same as I'm fine with current apex predator (us humans) doing it to other species. Just put my honest $0.2 and what my morals say.

21 回覆由Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds編輯: 7/30/2016 3:42:52 PMYep. The whole of existence is based around consumption of things that are "alive" in some way. Seems pretty -blam!-ed up when you think about it. We could honestly be more respectful about how we do it though. It's just that the demand of a massive population has caused the process to be out of sight and out of mind and has desensitized us to it, and even has some of us glorifying what is actually a horrid and probably immoral process. Oh well... *eats steak*
