I'm just curious. U say that the worms r direct agents of the darkness and that part of the darkness's goal is to reach a universe in which entropy is gone and the victorious civilization remains. But doesn't this go against the nature of the worms. When fighting the Harmony, the hive almost die because their worms are no longer being fed and r beginning to feast on the hive. So if their is no entropy in the universe because the hive have risen as the victorious civilization, doesn't that mean that the hive will die out from the inability to feed their worms. If the hive die, then no civilization is left for the darkness to merge with. Does this mean that the darkness's true goal is for IT to be the only remaing living being in the universe. If their is nothing to oppose it and nothing to kill it, it becomes the perfect being because it used its worms to decimate all life in the universe, the hive and all other life.
I've considered this, and I honestly don't know. You could be right. It could also be that worm gods can join the final form of the universe because even when they die, they exist in some way (Akka was killed by Oryx, but later described as "far from gone," and the Ogres in King's Fall sacrifice Light to Akka). It could also be that there is some fundamental transformation of how the Hive and worms operate when they join the final shape, like maybe they become one with the Darkness, and that removes hunger. I honestly don't know.
<The allies of the Deep fight among each other. The Worms tricked the Hive into becoming what they are.
Imagine that the Hive win, but they starve because they have nothing left. The Worms win.
But the Hive can be stronger than the Worms. And we KNOW that there's another race out there that serves the Darkness, whatever lies in those ships at the end of D2. Once there's nothing left, they have to result to fighting, so now we get to the Worms vs the Tetrahedral Fleet.
Who will win then decides the victorious race.>
Yeah it's hard to have any concrete knowledge with just the grimoire u can only speculate about stuff that may be revealed down the road. I was just hoping for your opinion this to see if you've thought of this possible outcome and what your thoughts on it r. I love your post it shows how much time a detail u put into it. I hope to see more post like this about some of the new lore that will be added as destiny expands.
