By shooting it's self in its foot? There is literally no reason to own an Xbox if you can get all the exclusives on Windows 10. Microsoft as a whole may benefit, but the console division will suffer.
As it stands PC players who were debating which console to get for exclusives no longer have to worry about choosing between Xbone and PS4.
And don't get me started on Scorpio/Neo. Poor buisness decisions as far as the eye can see...

Microsoft aren't trying to get more xbox players, they've lost this generation and they're just trying to keep their players happy. Not every exclusive will be available on Windows 10, just a majority. Offering games for more people with an emphasis on community is a great thing.
You can still have fun with an xbox one and PC, the whole play anywhere thing is great, getting two copies of every single game you buy. You can share it with friends or use it if the occasion rises.
Scorpio/Neo is what the systems should have been in the first place. According to Microsoft the Scorpio will be the first console to have true 4k gaming, that's a huge step for consoles. These systems will make this generation last much longer which is fine with me.
I definitely don't agree with the guy claiming Microsoft won e3, as there were a lot of good things from every press conference.
