Personally, I think Bad Juju should be a weapon of sorrow because it abides by the Hive's rules of killing making you stronger and was created with Hive secrets just like ToM, Necrochasm, and Thorn.

yes, but lore wise bad juju is considered a failure as a weapon of sorrow, because toland was missing something during it's creation. I suspect that sqwid is correct in his idea about bad juju, in regards to the fact that toland might not have had a proper soul infused into it or that it had not been done correctly.
