Me and my friend have a theory that they are purposefully trying to kill destiny so Activision will tear up the contract and they can move on to another game.
It makes no sense on why they wouldn't have any transparency in this business. I mean that's one of the most important things when you have a community following this big.
Only real explanation is they want out amd they are going to kill it on purpose.
If they put out an article tomorrow admitting to everyone what really happend before launch that caused destiny to be such a turd, I'd say more than 50% of the once loyal players would buy in again no questions asked. It's all about being loyal to the fans. Transparency is a big part of that.

Developers vs suits. Money matters but they are in fact killing there game with lack of content. Then again this game does not cost 10 to 20 dollars a month. It is a mmo without a monthly fee. But to be honest they will just lose power gamers like myself. Not saying I'll quit but you get bored fast login once a week to raid for now, once a month I am on for a bit longer for iron banner. That is about it now.

Idk man. I thought they were better than what's happening now. This game has become such a turd and they aren't doing anything to help it. Amd dropping little sarcastic remarks about us being salty isn't helping their case at all. They really are acting like they couldn't care less about the bungie following.

I like your edit To be honest I think 99% of all Destiny day 1 players know exactly what happened. And I agree I think transparency would've been nice. But I'll tell you this much, destiny was good enough to me that i'll definitely buy Destiny 2.

I feel the same way. I do think if they are really in it to win then I hope that they are just trying to get by until D2 woth plans to actually make it epic like this one was suppose to be. And I'll def be buying in regardless. However Untill then I'll most likely spend alot of time on division

All I think when I play this game is they had an amazing game that was gonna blow us away. The powers that be decided to scrap that and make it more mainstream. Bungie are trying to salvage a sinking ship. They know it's shit but ain't the game they wanted to put. Throw in the hate filled community and you can see why they are half Assing it. They should have stayed with Microsoft studios. Only problem with that would be playstation. Have faith ppl. The sequel is round the corner and could be the game we all hoped this one was
