Just so Randal isn't too invincible though, we'll cap him at 600k health max (make it 1 mil max on Destiny's birthday though. That'll be known as Randal Day). His own tag. Give Randal his own tag (maybe even his own Ultra status like the leftover Crota Ultras from TDB). We need to show Year 2 Guardians what true terror looks like. Give his shank a Solar Urzok shield. Yes, even his toaster needs a buff. He can't make toast if it gets blown up so easily. Randal's Shank is now a Major. We'll give it passive health regeneration that kicks in when it reaches 1/4 of it's health, but it'll have a set health limit at 10k and it'll only heal up to 1/2 of it's max health. It's still a floating toaster in the end. His own Grimoire. The man's a legend on both the forums and in the game. Give him and his Shank a Grimoire card so his legend can be preserved.
