For me the lag went up and down. There'd be matches where people were twitching all over the map (no animation) or stood facing a wall and suddenly you're dead from a shotgun blast to the back. Games where you couldn't pick the heavy or special. Games where I could pick the same heavy twice. A game where the opposition scored yet the spark stayed on their runner, so he slammed again. Games where people got dc'd left, right and center. But there were games that were fun. I wasn't a fan of rift at first (I still think it's a bad choice for IB) but now really enjoy it.
