Your water star is probably going to be the best for pvp. I love my hc too, I have a Luna with rangefinder, rifled barrel and hidden hand. Shoots almost as well as pre nerf hand cannons. If you get a better Luna, that gun handles pretty nicely even nos and I would suggest going to that if rng blesses you.
