So what does everyone think etheric lights are going to be used for in future update? I personally would love to see something like 10x Etheric Lights will unlock a year 1 weapon and make it infuseable (basically turn it into year 2 weapon). I doubt very much this will happen and expect they will more than likely be used to turn in for faction increase or something equally as dull. Come on bungie! Lets take a step in the right direction and start making all the raids/poe content from year 1 useful again! Even if you dont want to let us use our year 1 gear anymore.
