Bungie please help, Amazon falsely advertised
Please help, Bungie.
I preordered TTK legendary edition from Amazon and didnt get my Suros pack code in the box. I contacted them and waited 3 days to get the code because their marketing team wouldnt reply.
Now im on chat with them and theyre telling me it was never available for 360 and theyre trying to tell me to buy a PS4 to buy the preorder pack (which you cant preorder anymore) just to get it.
Meanwhile my friend got his code for 360.
Please bungie, I paid for a preorder and didnt get what i was supposed to. I just need the suros code, because amazon refuses to give me what I paid for. I have the invoice of the order and proof that they had the preorder bonuses because I have the Vanguard pack.
Please bump this post to help them see it.
Note: I also had a copy of the bullshit conversation the Amazon rep. and I had, if anyone is interested.

Unfortunately, retailers are responsible for distribution of promotional content. It happens a lot in my city that EB runs out of codes, especially for things like Pokémon and CoD stuff. Once they're gone, they're gone. There was a Shiny Gengar code giveaway and my local store only received THREE codes to distribute. It was BS, but there's nothing I can do about it. Sorry man, it's weird that Amazon is jerking you around but Bungie can't help you.

Sadly, they will not. You aren't bringing the matter to the right people by posting and bumping this here.
