Indeed there have been a lot of customers who have been impacted by this issue. These download issues are quite common with newly released games. The game developer has acknowledged this and as of the moment, our Xbox Live engineers are working together in tandem with Activision and Bungie to get this issue worked on and have the missing item up and running as soon as possible. Rest assured, we are already working on this issue.
