We have been repeatedly told that all day one players (it is on the FAQ) and pre-orders qualify for the Vanguard weapons pack. We were told that all pre-orders would qualify for Suros Armory (but they changed that to make it exclusive to online and select retailers). I and many others pre-ordered and received no codes (simply because the publisher did not provide them we are told), so we are entitled to them, we just can't have them. Now suddenly the 19.99 pack goes on sale and guess what? You can [b]buy [/b]the weapon packs.
