If you watched the steam today, you heard Luke Smith or DeeJ (forget which) say the biggest changes ever are coming this Tuesday with the 2.0 patch. In addition to the weapon balances, I know that the new Ghost voice and questifcation has been confirmed to be part of the 2.0 patch. What I don't know is if leveling will change. I'm assuming that if it were to change, we'd remained capped at 34 until the 15th. So does anyone know one way or the other? A link to the source would be great. Thanks!
