So, after close examination (a quick glance) at a Titan sitting in the Tower the other day, Skullfort isn't effected by shaders. Unless, for whatever reason, it's on a Female.
Females, when wearing the helmet, have a specific portion of the armor colored like the undersuit of the armor and such, and why only for females is beyond me.
It is the ONLY Titan Exotic to be effected by shaders, and I think it's one of few gender-specific differences in the game.

I've always found this annoying as someone who mains a titan. Nearly all of the exotics for the other classes get at least partially shaded while titan exotics do not.
