Titan defender class IS the best class in the game.
Obviously more helpful than anything a Warlock or Hunter could bring.

I also main a defender "brah" Yeah everyone plays their role, but Titans are the most helpful without a doubt. Whenever there is not a Titan and I am on my Warlock I just want to switch back. Extra damage is amazing, and the armor of light with saint 14 for the raids and nightfalls is disgustingly good. For PvE Titan's are the best class in the game.

I guess you don't play with my crew, man. We have one of each for the raid. Sunsinger (Fox) , Voidwalker (Fault), Defender (Me), Striker (Wally), Blade Dancer (Virtual---"Doss"), Gunslinger (Church---"Bishop"). Playing a Defender definitely allows me to hold ground, cause hell, and wreak havoc... But it's when Vitual has my Blessing on and can just go HAM with Arc Blade that I'm happy to be a Defender. Yadig? We might have the greatest effect on the team, but a GOOD player of any class, using their moves well, is great from any class. Fault knows to look for the Defender/Sunsinger created orbs and use that Void Nova whenever possible. Sure I can create the orbs for him, but I can't wipe out a wave the way he does. A Voidwalker who didn't know to Super as often as possible would seem pretty... Meh.

This^^ I am a defender. I am the last bastion of hope when my raid team is on the brink of extinction. My bubble is both life and power. My teammates wipe out the approaching hordes to ensure victory and feed me orbs to keep OUR bubble up. We win.
