You poor fool. Pikes were in Old Russia near the Forgotten Shore. I came across them twice but never found out what triggered it.
Three Dregs randomly cruise into the area from Kings Watch area and start doing laps around that structure on the hill.
Sniping one off the back of one without damaging the precious speeder is one thing, trying to collect chests without some clown stealing it is another...

I said thoughts no need to be aggressive the whole feedback is knowing need of it's existence and remember I did say normals* as in beta testers I was the only anti-aggressive in my team and said don't report just wait for feedback the only dear fool is the one who never can understand the full meaning but thank you for your response anyways.
