I'm a little unsure if this is a subtle poke at obamacare but taking it sincerely I would support this :D
If you have a pet, you pay a fixed rate of insurance based on it's health vulnerability into a collected sum from which universal pet care becomes free to all!

由cxkxr编辑: 11/24/2013 10:34:43 PMLol.
It's already that extreme btw....

And you say that as if people don't actually earn their money. You say that as if what they own, is merely handed to them by govt, and needs to be forcefully redistributed to others if they don't voluntarily give some of it away..
Well, its not that extreme, at least here. I may have distorted my opinion in my last post. But I think socialist systems do work in some essential structures, like health care. People give a little of what they earn, so that they don't lose lots when something bad does happen. If you don't want to get involved, fine.

Free to all at the point of care is what it means. Everyone pays into the NHS indirectly via regular taxes and everyone gets free or heavily subsidised healthcare. You have to pay £7 for a prescription if you aren't exempt (Retired/Child/Disabled etc) but otherwise you don't pay anything after a trip to hospital. No bills, No Debts and No Insurance premium hike.
