GDC isn't the place for that, it will be heavy on tech, light on game details. We've also been told a couple times not to expect anything heavy on game details, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

I didn't mean specific details on the story or characters, just how they would go about developing them. There must be a reason why they chose an art director and a writer to give the talk, rather than an engineer. Don't be so sure of yourself.
