You're not making any sense. Some of the best pvp weapons pre-date EoF so people still have them sitting at 10 PL people don't infuse them as there's no benefit to it. I played half the last IB with a Pl 10 Crimil's Dagger and a PL 10 Gunnora's Axe.

True, if you actually care to infuse gear and increase your power level. But again, if you only play PvP, what’s the point? It’s a pretty simple analysis. The players who mainly play PvP just don’t care anymore because they know Bungie doesn’t care about them. So the mindset becomes: “I’m going to play the game the way I want to play it, and I’m not going to care about Bungie’s systems or whatever grind they’re trying to force.” Honestly, many of these players would rather use worse weapons than be forced to play PvE just to get better ones. They simply don’t care anymore, because Bungie clearly doesn’t care about them. So why give a damn about infusing gear, collecting loot, managing the postmaster, cleaning the vault, or any of that? They only care about playing PvP and nothing else Destiny has to offer.
