What I'd like to know, instead, is how the matchmaking [b]really[/b] works: in the last couple of weeks I routinely match an American streamer in Control; we are clearly not in the same skill brackets, not even close brackets I'd say, he is in the USA, I'm in southern Europe and don't use VPNs or proxies, it's my local Internet connection... Right now there are supposedly around 1600 players in Control, that's to say well over 100 different matches going on in their various stages; how come I get matched with that guy day in day out, over and over again?

Crazy how I can come have a peek at the forums years later and still see the same faces screaming into the void 😂

Only really matters in trials....

Check how old their profiles are; a lot of them are rather newish, if not brand new.

Because PvP doenst care about light lvl. So why bother. And destiny’s pvp is free to play. So why care about it

There's a lot of people who only play PvP, or have only played PvP for a long time, or people who are returning after years, they're usually low guardian ranks but seals like unbroken etc

Cause they don’t play pve . Surprising still the same people are still playing control full time ?!
