Quicksilver nanites are being used since its a direct upgrade to SIVA which means: - can bond with paracausal entities - can generate structures even faster and better - doesnt rely on a warmind so they can be commanded and unlikely to go haywire - can regenerate itself there's no point on bringing it back since we already have a better and upgraded one already in use, SIVA lore wise is G.O.N.E and outbreak perfected is out of the equation since it cannot be controlled.
