Hello, I tried submitting a ticket about this not too long ago but there weren't any ticket topic options related to my issue (I had to list it as 'missing purchase') so I figured I'd post here as well in case it gets ignored. One of my favorite chest appearances, the Deep Explorer Plate for Titan, is bugged and I'm unable to unlock it again or apply it to anything. I have obtained the armor in my collections and had unlocked the appearance at one point, and it shows up at the top of the list and other locations where unlocked ornaments are, but it shows as locked and has no prompt to apply or unlock. I looked around to see if other people have had this issue and there are some similar instances but none of the workarounds, such as holding the unlock key for a minute, have worked for me so I'm at a bit of a loss of what to do.
