IB solo query, stuck 1/12
Been in orbit waiting , reset game and console and router, same thing. Waiting over 15 minutes!

Playstation or Steam? If it won't queue on one platform will it queue on the other? On the platform having this issue are you able to queue regular Crucible playlists? How about the Gambit playlist? If you're queuing Freelance IB, have you tried the regular IB playlist?
