Horrible thank you for asking. Braces got tightened again and I have to wear damn rubber bands that pulls on two specific teeth for each one. (I have to wear 2 24/7) Hbu COVID-19?

Ah, I had braces for two years (rubber bands for 3/4 of that time). Whenever they got tightened I spent the next three days eating nothing but scrambled eggs, yogurt, and ice cream. 😂 [spoiler]Sorry, all out of salt.[/spoiler]

If you have rubber bands then they’re adjusting your bite, which cannot be done via Invisalign. Learning that broke my high school heart as well, but my bite was terrible. Fortunately I only had them for two years. How long will you have them? [spoiler]Sorry, all out of salt.[/spoiler]
