Fail,they had years to make the first destiny and it failed.Even less time for destiny 2.Do the math.

but what if all the years of the destiny 1 'failure' Bungie had a plan to use this time to create a masterpiece? like what if they knew Destiny 1 was broken beyond repair so they somewhat 'gave up', (whilst still making minor updates) and invested their time in creating an even better sequel to please the fans? just a thought :)
