Ok so recoil in this game is cone shape.
Perfect balance will add stability
Rodeo reduces the size of the cone
Counterbalance removes the horizontal recoil. Meaning it will go straight up when shooting. This will make it easier to physically control the recoil on the gun.

Higher Recoil Direction stat means more vertical kick and less horizontal kick. Rodeo exclusively decreases the Recoil Direction stat. To be exactly precise on the matter: counterbalance; it converts 80% of the horizontal recoil to vertical recoil. Perfect balance; adds +35 to stability and removes 20 from range. That's straight from the patch notes, but hey thanks. Got the point across anyways without having to go super in detail hours ago. Have a good holiday
