Please remove the video link and profile link in your post, that is Naming and Shaming, which is against the Code of Conduct. The forums is not the place to report cheaters, you can however report them using the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]Player Report Form[/url].

Did you just defend a cheater? The naming and shaming part of the COC is a joke! I agree with the fact that you shouldn't blindly accuse someone of anything, but peer pressure is much more effective at controlling bad behavior than reporting him through a function that is spotty at best.
