I don't like that PVP dictates PVE. Make the stats changed upon entry of crucible and the problem is resolved. This whole nerf thing is ridiculous to people who kill AI beings. This has been a terrible first impression of the 10 years of Destiny. This kind of stuff destroys MMO's because they only focus on PVP.. Had hopes Bungie would get it right but they obviously are way off the mark. Only another MMO player will understand this unfortunately.

The last update I would've agreed with you, but this time they took into account PvE. If you go and read the update again you'll see that Auto Rifles are the most used weapon in Destiny as a whole, and are being used out of their range. This update applies to both PvE and PvP.

People prefer Auto. That has nothing to do with range. It is the most popular gun in almost every game that involves them. The range on AR in PVE shouldn't even matter. It's not something that would affect the player base. They stated that we could play our own way but every chance they get, they dictate what people should be doing and what they should be using. The fact they make so hard to even come close to the AI (lightswitch, etc) makes this happen. If they would have made it where things won't 2 shot you for getting too close, then I would most definitely agree.

It doesn't matter how popular they are, by that logic, shotguns should have ridiculous range because they're popular, right? Wrong. You can play your way, but if your way involves shooting from a distance, then equip a weapon that's capable of that and stop being a little bitch because your AR can no longer be used like a Scout Rifle. All they are doing is making the weapons more balanced. Otherwise, they may just as well get rid of all weapons but ARs. Which would be shit. The reason they make it so hard with lightswitch etc. is because they want to introduce a challenge to the game, and I for one enjoy it. If you're running up to an enemy when you know that they're dealing extra melee damage then it's your own fault for going full retard instead of using a ranged weapon.

由Kweh编辑: 2/26/2015 9:04:30 PMThat logic is flawed and completely unrelated. AR in real life have a good amount range. Shotguns don't (only slugs). Your'e creating BS logic to fuel your own point. You're so full of crap and ridiculous assumptions. You also know nothing about guns. An example is ISIS militants are sniping with AK's. AK is an assault rifle is it not? edit: you also know nothing about my gameplay or how I play, what I like and what I use so just stfu with those stupid assumptions you THINK you know about. Also to add, ever heard of a slug for a shotgun? You CAN get distance with a slug.
