It's just RNg pal. I didn't get it for ages and got two in two weeks from Crota normal and then on Tuesday doing nightfall. Just keep plugging away and it will happen for you sooner or later :) oh and it is on his loot table so it's not if he will sell it but when.

The thing is, I didn't even ever really want so I wasn't bothered if I ever got it and even when it dropped I didn't get excited like when my Hawkmoon or first vex dropped. There will come a time when you think I don't even want it anymore and blam it will drop. Perfectly honest tho apart for Crota and maybe Atheon (I use icebreaker for him) it's really not worth taking up your exotic slot. (My opinion)
