They need to make a level 33 vog that drops 32 level gear, and a 27 crotas end that drops level 30 gear to make both raids equal to each other which would make the end game a lot better.

Good idea too but the Crota End on 27 (I guess you meant 26) would not be a must because the VoG raid should be the step before the CE raid.
