punk rock is the 80s-90s teen angst channeled through garage grunge sounds. that being said most are suburbanites complaining how their life and government is horrible yet they have it soooo much better than a lot of other people. that defined the entitled/spoiled generation "the son of rage and love" has nothing on "The Texas Cannonball"
