For what its worth, it is also occurring for me on Xbox One. Haven't yet tried reinstalling.

It's happened to me every single day since I bought Destiny. Wasting so much time reinstalling the game I am kind of regretting buying it.

I don't know how the Xbox one works but on the 360 I just put my hard drive into another console started game up then returned the hard drive back into mine. worked perfect haven't had any problems anymore.
