Does anyone know where to find Riksis for the Queen's Bounty?

Just complete storyline 2 mission and you will complete that bounty. I was search for ever then just googled it where it was. One review just said complete mission 2. Trust me it worked for me.

I would have thought to go back and do the story mission again. I thought I would have had to find him in the patrol mission. Thanks for the tip.
