If the government does not offer universal healthcare, it is failing to protect them and allowing them to die, and even worse, in a discriminatory fashion targeted against the lower class.

And that's why hospitals can't turn people away, because the government has to protect and help them. But universal healthcare doesn't have to happen, it's not a right

Yeah, the hospital treats them, then bills them 50,000 dollars they don't have afterwards. The bill for that life saving treatment that is their fundamental human right should be exactly $0.00.
